Helen Pryor, CPA

Helen is a CFO with over 30 years of accounting and financial experience including several divisional CFO roles for Ingersoll Rand, a Fortune 200 company as well as over 15 years serving clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and nonprofit practices of KPMG.  She has also served as CFO for a couple of smaller private equity companies.  She has extensive experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial projections for financing, mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting, internal controls, finance organization design, as well as development of effective accounting processes.

Helen graduated cum laude from Butler University with an accounting degree and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  She has also completed the Entrepreneurial General Management Program, an executive development program at Ingersoll Rand.

Helen has served on several boards including Big Sisters of Central Indiana and Cancer Support Community, where she served as chair.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and spectator sports especially Colts and IU football, and Butler basketball.
